We aim to provide high-quality custom card products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Custom Product Policy

All our products are made-to-order and customized based on customer input. Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a defect or production error. This ensures every order is produced uniquely and responsibly.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

· Product arrives damaged or defective

· Incorrect item delivered

· Order not received within the estimated timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of the products.

5. Processing Time

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
